Kostas and his sons built a beautiful property, and Veerna was informative and fun! The meal we prepared was robust and delicious and by the end, everyone we cooked with felt like friends! Veerna is incredibly knowledgeable (as are the other members of her family who help out) and the atmosphere helps you mingle with other guests from all over the world.
The food was delicious and she provides the recipes after the class, counting down the days until I make the Thieves Dinner again!

Beautiful estate and would recommend to anyone wanting to take a cooking class in Chania in a lowkey vibe with classic dishes! Only recommendation would be to do more community activities to get to to know the other guests better and make friends.
