Frequently Asked Questions
Here we`ll answer the most common questions we usualy recieve.

You can easily book through our booking app Calendly.
Once you complete the booking you `ll recieve a confirmation email through Calendly. We monitor our emails daily. We recieve your booking and we ll reach you by email or whatsapp about a week before the class, for the details.
You can pay by cash or card at the end of cooking class.Expect a discount for cash payment.
Our location is about a 10-15 min drive from Chania City Center easily accessible by car or taxi.
There is a bus station about 500m from our location but we wouldn`t recommend it. Buses are a bit unreliable.
So if you don`t have a car our suggestion is to take a bus to city center and the join us by taxi.
If you visit Chania on a cruise ship, the port of Souda is less than a 10 min drive, take a taxi directly from the port to us.
Depending the number of participants cooking class lasts about 4 hours maybe a bit more.
For morning class we start at 1000am, and we finish lunch at 1400-1415.
For evening class we start at 1600, and we finish dinner at 2000-2015.
Our cooking class is considered semi private. Our minimum is 2 and our max is 16 people.
Of course solo travellers are more than welcome to join us. Text us on whatsapp or send me an email the dates that you gonna be at Chania and we`ll fit you in one of our groups.
We can accomodate up to 35 people.But we need to know the soonest possible to prepare.
You can make you request in your booking form and we`ll let you know if it is available.
You can also text us before booking to ask if private is available.
Have in mind that we charge an extra fee depending the participants of the private group.There is no extra fee for groups over 8 people.
Generally the menu is fixed. We can skip any ingredient you have allergy on, or replace it with something else. We can also make small changes on the menu and replace the meat with an other kind of meat etc. For private groups we can make a completely different menu.
Nothing but your smile. Might need a jacket for evening class since we usualy eat outside.
You can cancel up to 24h prior the class with no cancellation fee.
There is a 25% of total price cancellation fee if you cancel under 24h prior, or for no showing up.
